There was great excitement in school this week when Mrs Ritchie called to visit with her new little baby girl, Evie. This tied in perfectly with our New Life topic in SPHE and the children in the Junior Classroom thoroughly enjoyed a Q&A session with Mrs Ritchie all about baby Evie. We learned so much. Thank you!

We attended an outreach programme from Armagh Planetarium in the Oakland Centre in Glaslough. Dr. Rok showed us the night sky, the stars, planets, moon landings, and earth from space. It was amazing!!!!

We planted cress, sunflowers and green beans during friendship week!

Regina and Gareth from Truagh/Donagh Defibrillator Group taught us CPR.

Pauline from Monaghan Museum visited our school to tell us all about the history of farming. We were able to examine replicas of some of the farming objects used over the years.
