1. To provide our pupils with the education they need so that they will grow up to be integrated and self-reliant. This education is spiritual, moral, intellectual, emotional, physical and social.
2. To develop the pupils’ self-esteem and to encourage pride in their own work.
3. To create in our school an atmosphere in which the pupils and staff feel supported, respected and valued.
4. To foster loyalty and mutual respect.
5. To create an enjoyable and inspirational environment in which the children may learn and reach their full potential.
6. To encourage the pupils to have a love for learning and to become keen to continue with independent learning.
7. To give the children a sense of co-operative working and to develop their social and inter-personal skills.
8. To help children become rounded personalities and enable our pupils to become useful citizens in our society
9. To provide education within a Christian ethos.

At all times the needs of each individual child are our priority. Each child will be considered on his/her own merits and will be valued in our school regardless of ability or need. Teachers will explore how best to enable each child fulfil his/her potential.

Being a small school, we believe that the inherent sharing of responsibility and closeness of staff interaction uniquely provides for this.
